1. Welcome to Big City Games
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Big City Games website at playbigcitygames.com (the "Site"), operated by Big City Games ("Big City Games," "we," "us," or "our"), and any related services, products, or content we offer.
By accessing or using the Site, signing up for our email list, or otherwise engaging with Big City Games, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. About Big City Games
Big City Games is an outdoor competition experience designed for groups. We are currently in pre-launch and not yet selling products. The Site exists to share information about Big City Games and to collect email addresses from people interested in being notified when we launch.
3. Email Signups and Communications
By providing your email address, you consent to receive marketing emails and SMS messages from Big City Games, including announcements, product updates, and promotional content. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by replying STOP to any SMS message.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including the Big City Games name, the BCG logo, the tagline "Big City Games. Just Play.," the tagline "Make it legendary. Make it Big City Games.," and all challenge names, video content, written content, and product designs — is the property of Big City Games and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Big City Games content without our express written permission.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or our services
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Collect or store personal data about other users
6. Future Products and Services
When Big City Games launches its products and services, additional terms will apply to purchases, including product-specific terms, refund policies, and shipping policies. Continued use of the Site after such terms are posted constitutes acceptance.
